My phone call for a quote was handled promptly and Matheus came and was very detailed in talking thru what was needed and why without sounding like he was upsell services. Was happy with price.
Shower sealed followed up the quote with info re booking dates and timings and accommodated some timing changes for me and sent me a email with some requirements pre and post work. They rang me the day before to confirm the work was good to go the next day . The day of the work Michael rang me 30 mins out that he was on his way. He rocked when he said he would in a clean and signed professional looking work vehicle and was dressed neatly in Shower Sealed clothing. The old military bloke in me was impressed.
He talked me thru his work plan and I left him to it. The tenant was very happy with how they went about things and the state of the ensuite when finished.
My dealings with Shower Sealed were first class and the whole set up is entitled to ten minutes on the back patting machine.
